Had to Pass: BDJ January - February 2015 Kawaii Must-Haves Box
Well, this is new.
Instead of an unboxing, I'd like to talk about a box that I had to pass on: the January-February 2015 BDJ Box - Kawaii Must Haves.
It wasn't a conscious decision on my part. I made a mistake in my personal subscription records and thought that I'd be getting the Jan-Feb 2015 box when in fact, my last payment was valid up to December 2014 only. Since BDJ sells out around three months in advance, there was no way for me to rectify the situation.

I knew I could probably have found a way, whether buying from one of the trading groups I follow on Facebook or checking with the BDJ admin if they could work something out for me (which I've done in the past for the September 2013 BDJ Box) but I listlessly let this one slide without any effort whatsoever on my part to try and secure a box.
Here's why:
- It featured familiar brands - Pixy, Lucido-L, Bifesta and Sunkiller bought out this box. I would have loved to try Sunkiller, but not bad enough to pay the Php 580 fee for just one Sunkiller product. I already got the Pixy Exclusive last April 2014 and lots of other samples from press events with the Mandom group.
- It featured samples I already had - The only new items for me would be the Pixy Foundation Coverlast and three of the four Sunkiller options. That's 6 redundancies on 8 samples, possibly 7. Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed what I've tried (especially from Pixy) but I'm not really gung ho about starting up a beauty grocery. I have too much on my hands as it is!

If there's one regret, it's that I didn't get the magazine. I know a lot of friends and familiar names worked on it!
Why is this important?
I don't know. Haha. I guess I just want a for the record post. Even if I do pass up on a box, I want my site to be the one stop shop for anyone looking for any info on any subscription box.
I just get really, really, really antsy when I don't have a subscription box post. I feel like I kind of failed myself? Haha.
