I found the Maybelline White Super Fresh too drying at first but now I have a special use for it. So one day, I was doing my makeup straight out of the shower and I was already sweating it off (like here.) I remembered the super absorbent perlite-laden powder and used it to set my melting foundation and voila! Found the perfect powder for those hotter than hot and humider than humid days- which is like 90% of our days in Manila.
