Beauty Discovery with Shiseido, Guerlain and Elizabeth Arden

Last 8 July, the public (+ PV girls, ofc) were invited to the Beauty Lookbook Workshop by Liz (of ProjectVanity.com). It's only one of the many events for Beauty Discovery 2017 with Shiseido, Guerlain and Elizabeth Arden as participating brands.

Liz demoed the signature look of each brand: cat eye for Shiseido, soft smokey for Guerlain and bronze goddess for Elizabeth Arden. Cool thing: if you post your own interpretation of any of these looks on IG and post it with the hashtag #BeautyDiscovery2017, you can be one of the weekly winners of loot bags from the participating brands!

I was able to snag a Shiseido bag during the event, which works out great, because I love Japanese brands... hello, Shiseido! Not really sure how the bags are different, but mine contains this Future Solution LX Foundation in 120 which I have a very good feeling is my shade :D (EDIT: No, it's not. Just found out there is O20, which is my staple Shiseido shade. Reaaaally hoping I can still make it work.) The other big ticket items are Guerlain Kiss Kiss lipstick in 540 Peach Satin and Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. Pretty Curious about the Eight-Hour Cream because it looks more like an oil. While I have opened up to oils (used to not even bother with them,) I may need to do more reading on this one.

Then, Shiseido filled up the rest of my bag. I have samples of Wet Force SPF 50+ sunblock (already have it, and I love it for active use,) Shiseido Ultimune (sampled through SampleRoom.ph a long time ago, love it as well,) and a sample kit containing Ultimune, and the Bio-performance Glow Revival line with the serum, cream and eye cream. I'm pretty sure I've tried a deluxe sized cream as well and loved it, but with just a sachet this time that will be hard to confirm.

I kind of want to post a Shiseido look using these items, but I'm too shy lel. The Kiss Kiss look like it would go so well with a cat eye!
