Hey everyone! Just a quick in-between during my usual every-other-day schedule.
I got an invite the other day to The Caravan II and this installment seems way, way, way cooler than the last so I wanted to write a little itty bitty about it!
The tagline: discover a diverse selection of customizable finds is not a meaningless fluff of words as a great majority of this installment's vendors are offering customizable goods!
The Urban Alchemists, Kiele, CRaM, Back Alley Barbershop, Sam Cologne, J&C and NCLA will be participating in a necessities station where you can build your own necessities kit. Of this group, I only know Kiele for baby cologne and J&C for brush cleansing sprays. The other brands sound like they carry off-beat hygiene items and they've piqued my interest despite the lack of background info! I've a friend who keeps pestering me for an authentic barber's brush so I think I'll shoot him a message and have him check out Back Alley Barbershop.
Most vendors are offering personalized fashion stuff such as custom / made-to-order jewellery, bags, shoes, clothes, dolls and even fashion illustrations! Aranaz will be there to monogram bags, which is a great way to commemorate a meaningful bag! I know some girls get really attached to their purses, I personally don't.
If you like personalized finds or custom, hipster stuff (no offense!) the Caravan II is well-worth a peek!
The Caravan will be open from July 26-27 (this Saturday and Sunday), from 10AM - 7PM at the Kirov Model Unit at Rockwell Center.
This is not a sponsored post. I was not paid nor otherwise compensated to plug this event- I don't think I can even come. I just think it's really cool and wanted to share it with my readers.
