In Her Element, a proudly Filipino skincare brand, has just released their first color cosmetics. Butterlips Conditioning Color (P 349 / 3g) is a pigment-heavy, moisture-rich lip formulation. The three colors Mayari (clay brown,) Tala (berry plum,) and Hanan (bright coral) are pretty easy, daily colors.
